The place was pretty clean, and the staff were super nice. the people at the front desk and the hosts provided top-notch service. the location is awesome, in a very safe area, and totally lived up to my expectations! 🌟

The position of the hotel was marvellous, in a nice area. The idea to include a microwave oven, coffee & tea makers and a refrigerator in the a double room was nice. The staff was pleasant, outstandingly accommodating, no complains at all. Loved our stay and location of the property, and would like to go back there again.

Greatly enjoyed this hip new hotel, marvelous and convenient location, and elegant rooms. the room with a bar for our mother to lift herself up. the breakfast was satisfactory, with plenty of different options. Our stay at Hampton Inn & Suites Memphis Germantown in Memphis was fantastic. We truly enjoyed our time in this stylish new hotel, the convenient and wonderful location, and the luxurious rooms. My mother especially appreciated the room with a bar to assist her movements. Additionally, the breakfast provided a satisfying array of options to choose from.

Rooms have bars that are helpful for my mom to steady herself. Plus, I was able to walk to all the places I needed to - the spot is just perfect. the place is clean and feels super safe, which is a big bonus.
